The left's takedown of Bill O'Reilly was only partly the result of an organized campaign of destruction. Mr. O'Reilly, like Roger Ailes before him, became a victim of his own bad behavior.
Fox News management made the decision to let O'Reilly go not because of the highly publicized settlements the network made with 5 women who accused the host of sexual harassment. The network decided to ax O'Reilly because there are apparently several other women who are deciding whether or not to press forward with similar suits. (Reports indicate that an internal investigation carried out by a third party shows that there are also other Fox News employees who are going to be accused of sexual harassment in the future.)
Not all the women making these accusations are liberal plants. But whether you believe that O'Reilly is entirely innocent - the target of radical leftists out to destroy Fox News - or not, the fact is that Ailes, O'Reilly, Michael Flynn, and other conservatives who have recently been victimized by organized liberal attacks are not the primary targets of the left's smear campaigns.

He's the Big Kahuna the obscenely named "Resistance" (hey, you idiots, that was about Auschwitz, not tax reform) is after and Bill was only a stop along the way. Indeed, several of Bill's accusers, represented by the daughter of Gloria Allred, appear to be people who find Trump particularly loathsome. And the original story was broken by the New York Times, the literary capital of the "Resistance."

They are of similar ethnic origin and sexual orientation, and neither goose steps to the Leftist drum. So to Leftists, they’re exactly the same, and indictment of one proves the guilt of the other.
It seems very obvious that since the Murdochs took over Fox that the network is being run by lib Amateurs. The once great news organization will now sink into the Same gutter slime as the rest if the MSM.

O’Reilly was a pompous bore who more than once defended Jughead while he was in office. Hopefully he will be replaced with a real conservative.

Somehow I don’t really see the political angle of going after O’Reilly. He was certainly more forgiving towards both Obama and HRC than anyone else at Fox, except lap dog Geraldo, of course.
FNC has a trademark in attractive looking women on their shows.
He should have done what Clinton did rape 5 women and keep job no problem with the left.

O’Reilly was taken down after he joked about Maxine Waters hair.
It’s a safe bet that the day after that happened, money was put up to take O’Reilly down. These women have been quiet for a long time. O’Reilly messed with the mafia.
Hey, yeah. I forgot about that. He was in an interview with someone interviewing him.
If the accusations are not true he was. If they are true he was taken down by his own behavior.
