The Murdochs have decided Bill O’Reilly’s 21-year run at Fox News will come to an end. According to sources briefed on the discussions, network executives are preparing to announce O’Reilly’s departure before he returns from an Italian vacation on April 24. Now the big questions are how the exit will look and who will replace him.
Wednesday morning, according to sources, executives are holding emergency meetings to discuss how they can sever the relationship with the country’s highest-rated cable-news host without causing collateral damage to the network. The board of Fox News’ parent company, 21st Century Fox, is scheduled to meet on Thursday to discuss the matter.

The best replacement would be the best political interviewer in the business right now:
Mark Steyn.
Have you watched his interviews on youtube?
Especially with Mitchell and Shriver.
Steyn is intelligent, well read, with broad experience and interests. He can talk knowledgably about the subject at hand drawing the best out of the interviewee and knows when to be quiet and listen.
He is very good.

FNC is a tad conservative with Carlson and Hannity. I think this is all they can stomach. FNC is first and foremost Republican Party 100% They will put Purina1 in there because she is Party approved and he ratings will be a disaster. Styen would be great but you would have three conservatives in their evening line up, not happening.

Includes the money for producing the show and the writers salaries then there was this line item.
Pay off women O’Reilly was rude and crude and lewd to.
Budget for that so far is $13 million!
Whomever the replacement is, their address will not start with Mister.
Fox does this they virtually pull the pin on the grenade on their evening series. BOR as bad as he had become, was the lead in to the rest of the line up.
The anti Trump POSs win on this one....they took him out mostly because he was a supporter of Trump, no doubt in my mind. The NYT article was the fuse to set the thing in motion. Hannity will be next even if they have to invent something. CWII cannot come fast enough.
I really do understand, but I’d think there would have to be a link somewhere on FOX, wouldn’t there?

Shuffle Tucker to 8, bump Trish Regan to Megyn’s old slot, and keep Hannity at 10.
Ratings will slide 33% at least, and more if Mr Bill lands another gig on another station.
