One of my favorite things is watching Pence smile when Trump pulls off yet another Trumpism. Its almost like hes holding back a huge laugh. He gets him I love that, too! :-)

Unfortunately this was an agreement made by the Obama administration right before he left office... Since Obama wanted them so much, send them all to live at his DC house where they can live behind the new wall.
Choices have consequences!

When everything finally comes out about the D party it may need a complete replacement I'd be OK with the "Libertarians" as a replacement. They can't seem to get elected anyway.

I can’t imagine the anguish this poor mother felt.
I wonder how often this kind of thing happened before everyone had smartphones to record the altercations.

Aurora Teagarden series by Charlaine Harris
My Pen-Pal of over 50 years is a big serious reader. She's been in a book club for years and it's my reason for buying from Amazon UK. I buy her books quite often and the latest was the Aurora Teagarden series by Charlaine. It was a shot in the dark because I myself haven't read them but I love the Hallmark movies. She just wrote...
I am loving the Charlaine series
I couldn't give up cable because of Hallmark and Charles...Lou...Varney...Liz...and Hannity.-Sorry and JESSE!!

Am sure there are hundreds if not thousands of similar incidents. The airlines overplayed their hand and now are being brought to account for it.........

I guess I can do the banana, but not the milk...
I was looking for something already-made, but if I need to, will get a blender & put the banana in (one or two?)
It gets hot in Texas in the summer, & I try to mow the lawn early morning or early evening...

Depends on the size of banana. I usually use one. Any milk. — almond etc will do. First started making it for dad using an ensure. Got his nutrients and the frozen fruit made it like a shake. Have also used other frozen fruit. — technically a smoothie!

While it is true that Powerade Zero contains no sugar or calories, it is comprised of a variety of other chemically-altered ingredients that can actually be more harmful to your health than natural sugar. For example, instead of sugar, Powerade Zero contains artificial sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame.
Gatorade G2 comes in flavors including Fruit Punch, Glacier Freeze and Grape. We highly recommend this drink if you need extra carbs or electrolytes after exercising; it replenishes them very well without the extra sugar found in regular Gatorade.
What are the electrolytes in Gatorade?
Overview. Electrolytes are salt minerals that conduct electricity and balance essential body fluids. ...
Sodium. Sodium is one of the major electrolytes found in Gatorade as well as other sports drinks. ...
Potassium. Potassium is a vital mineral and electrolyte needed for a variety of bodily functions. ... Chloride.***********************
This is the information I found.

Get a NutriBullet and mix your banana with almond milk and ice. You can add protein shake mix, if you like, but not necessary for the banana/potassium fix ;-)
