Gov. Jerry Brown’s administration is using federal security regulations written to thwart terrorism to deny public access to records that experts say could guide repairs to the Oroville Dam and provide insight into what led to the near catastrophic failure of its emergency spillway.

The administration also is blocking public review of records that would show how Brown’s office handled the February crisis at Oroville Dam that led to the two-day evacuation of nearly 200,000 Northern Californians.

Trump authorized $100 million in emergency Federal funds for the Oroville mess. He should have made it contingent on open access to all the records. I’m sure these records legally are covered by open records laws anyway, Brown is just being a tyrant.

Just curious, why in the Hell would the Lawgivers be required to or expected to give anything to the peasant serfs you call Citizens??

We currently SPEND $69,315,068 DOLLARS Every Single Day just to keep the 3 million Illegal Aliens in this State.

President Trump should tell California to GO POUND SAND when they call asking for money.

Californians bear an enormous fiscal burden as a result of an illegal alien population estimated at almost 3 million residents. The annual expenditure of state and local tax dollars on services for that population is $25.3 billion.

“Wasn’t there a report that Brown had spent $24 billion on Sanctuary Cities and Illegal protections and benefits, and ignored the infrastructure of the Oroville Dam?”

Yes, there was...let’s see—

www.washingtontimes.com/news/.../oroville-dam-flood-danger-recedes-state-criticize...
Feb 13, 2017 - The flood danger from the Oroville Dam receded Monday, but ... California spent on high-speed rail and illegal immigrants, but ignored Oroville Dam .... California Gov. ... hat-in-hand to beg the Trump administration for emergency funds. ... Reinforcing the Oroville Dam was not included on Mr. Brown’s $100 ...

And there is more...of course.
