Ronald Reagan further amended and strengthened Carter’s original order in 1981. It gave increased powers to intel agencies but didn’t change bans against assassination by US government of foreign leaders.

I think we’re hacking his missiles from space — causing them to blow up. Now we need to reprogram them to become boomerang missiles.

While the action is admirable, and I approve, it is most illegal. Not true. Obama gave JSOC permission to kill anyone, even Americans, anywhere on the planet, even in America. And they already used that permission to kill a US citizen (Abdulrahman al-Awlaki ) who was the son of a Muslim Imam.

but you also have to realize this could never be legally actuated by this government, dont you? Ghaddafi thought the same thing. He's dead. Bin Laden thought the same thing. He's dead.

And while he may be a threat, and is definitely a PITA, he hasn't actually done anything to us...yet.
His own people have plenty of reason to off him.

My first thought was, should we really be talking about this?
But. if it is psyops, I guess I can understand it.
I just don’t want to place any American lives at risk.

Okay. I agree completely with all this ‘sentiment’ but no one can sit where he is and say some blanket order against combatants translates to the legality of assassinating an established foreign leader. It just doesn’t fly.
I know there have been one-offs that aimed at that, but I don’t think they ever sought to claim responsibility. I could be wrong. Posturing and making the putz feel threatened is great, frankly. I hope he believes it. I just don’t advise that it be actuated where Trump can take the blame that would come.

Well, thank you Victoria and Danny for the eye opening
article. Please let us know when the helicopters loaded
with Seal Team 6 members are in the air on their way to
kill that nasty little bastard.

Trump will NOT assasinate Fat Boy. The Chinese, however, have no such impediments if they are properly motivated.

Yes, and your picture is just and relevant to some extent. Hillary came, she saw and he died. That still doesn’t equate to what she and Ubama allowed being legal. They have yet to be prosecuted in my opinion.
