In what Attorney General Jeff Sessions is heralding “a new era,” the Justice Department is prioritizing criminal prosecution of illegal immigrants and smugglers to support the Trump’ administration’s immigration enforcement plan — directing prosecutors to bring felony charges against those caught in the U.S. after a prior deportation.
The new enforcement priorities will end the “catch and release practices” of the Obama administration and expand the department’s role in the Trump administration’s plan to crack down on illegal immigration, Mr. Sessions said Tuesday during a visit to the U.S.-Mexico border in Arizona.

When do they stop giving out work permits to illegal aliens under the illegal DACA program?
President Trump pledged to end Obama’s illegal DACA program and yet it is still operating as if it were law and not something dreamed up by Obama. It has no basis in law and is illegal even if being run by President Trump.
Over 11,000 new illegal aliens have been given work permits since he took office and almost 50,000 renewals have been processed.
It is fast becoming President Trump’s illegal DACA program.
Last time I heard anything about daca from team trump was at a presser with spicer. this was weeks ago.
They arrested one yesterday in my town here in NJ; he had stabbed his baby-mama to death in front of their three children. They were from Peru; no mention of marriage, but the news admitted at least he was here illegally (I don’t know about her, or whether or not the three children were anchor babies).
Growing up, we NEVER had murders here. Now we’ve had a few; the last one I recall before this recent was involved a gang-related killing of a high school student a couple of years ago- she wasn’t involved with gangs, but a relative was. As the Bronze Horde invades my town, they bring their “Apocalypto” ways with them...

Nope. But I’m certain President Trump will deal with the issue appropriately in due time. Getting Gorsuch on the USSC is a biggie because it essentially defangs the 9th Circuit who I believe would block any attempt by President Trump to do away with DACA.

That is a fact denied only by anti-American news media, Democrats, Jihadists, and other fellow travelers. No sane person would disagree with the President about this.
This won't be tied up in court for years?
My plan is suggested to avoid tying up the courts for decades. If we pay them some money to leave, they will be encouraged to leave without going through the court system. We pay for all those attorney billing hours. It actually saves money and gives some humanitarian relief. The one time payment is better than them costing us money year after year.
People who live nowhere near them might believe it (since news is filtered); many still think illegals are all coming to work, while in my area many are just coming for indoor plumbing and free sh!t.
