That isn't the big problem. The BIG problem is EVERYBODY ELSE thinks Supreme Court (SCOTUS) decisions create national law which is of course completely unconstitutional, but people either don't know or don't care.
The only constitutional authority SCOTUS has is to decide INDIVIDUAL CASES AND CONTROVERSIES. If the decision is soundly based on the Constitution then the decision applies ONLY to the parties of the case and any other case with the same questions of law and facts.
People just flat-out don't understand that. On one had they scream bloody murder that a SCOTUS decision they don't like has somehow become "national law". But when you explain WHY it is not national law, their eyes glaze over.
SCOTUS has no enforcement power whatsoever. All it would take is the other two federal branches, the states, and the people to simply treat a SCOTUS decision constitutionally: if it is a constitutional decision, limit its application to the parties of the case. PERIOD. SCOTUS could do nothing to change that even if they wanted to. SCOTUS is a passive branch. They cannot enforce the scope of their decisions. Someone else has to do that.
Not only did she say Ms. L. Graham was one of the women in the Senate, it also appeared that Ruth Bader Ginsburg was reading from here notes when she said it!!!!
If he has just been proclaimed a girl by a Supreme Court justice . . . that is probably an answer to all his prayers. The nice thing for him is that he doesn’t have to spend all that money to change his name to a ‘girl’ name.
My logic, which I explained before launching into, "Father, grant us wisdom to make wise decisions and strength to carry them through, in Jesus' name, Amen" .. JUST before gavelling in (I had learned THAT much since getting elected to the board in 2012), was we had not yet convened AS a school board, thus, the board did not exist.
But your "individual" expression is interesting to me.

Ginsberg may be going to jail for revealing a state secret. This was not meant to be publicized. Remember what happened to Joan Rivers.
Lol - I think she’s dwindling so much that she just read Lindsey Graham, nothing came to mind about who that was, so she assumed with the name Lindsey, it must be a female. I’m surprised she was even awake....time to pick the next one!
Or maybe her eyesight, possibly also her mind, are fading, and seeing him on TV she mistook his manner of speaking for female.
But that's okay. I'm sure linda is thrilled to death.
