BELGRADE, Serbia (AP) — U.S. Senator John McCain accused Russia on Monday of having cooperated with Syrian government forces in a chemical weapons attack that has killed more than 80 people, including more than a dozen children.
The Republican senator said at a press conference in Belgrade that he believes "the Russians knew about chemical weapons because they were operating exactly from the same base."
He said the U.S. launched cruise missile strikes last week against the Syrian base "in a response of a chemical attack."
"I hope that this behavior by Syria, in what clearly is cooperation with Russia and Syria together, will never happen again," he said.
McCain said the U.S. should take out Syria's air force as part of stopping Syrian President Bashar Assad from repeating such attacks in the future.

The man is insane. But he is the democrat’s (er, media’s) favorite!
The more I hear him talk, I am convinced he’s off his rocker, meds, suffering from senility, dementia, you get the picture. He just isn’t credible anymore, he’s good for a laugh or two.
Someone should hand this guy a weapon and send him over there. He wants to be in a war so badly it’s sad.

Whatever McCain says, endorses, or promotes, the exact opposite is probably correct.
This guy is really itching for WW III.
I would not rule out the possibility that he is owned.
At the very least in a straight jacket.
The more he beats his drum on this the more I believe assad was not behind the gas attack..if there was one.
Assad may have been framed.
McCain is the trouble maker on the school yard.

One should not underestimate the damage this man has done and continues to do. He has been given a lifetime sinecure in Arizona to forward the interests that own him. He is in Belgrade today, Kiev or Benghazi in the past, and sends emissaries to London as if he were a President in his own right.
Laugh at him or not, he has far more influence than is safe for the rest of us, and age is not lessening his capacity to inflict serious damage on behalf of those who own him.
