A study by Mexicos top university has revealed that at least 800 species of wildlife will be adversely affected by President Trumps planned 2,000-mile border wall with Mexico.
Research published by ecologists from the Mexican National Autonomous University has shown that an impassable physical barrier placed into ecosystems inhabited by jaguars, black bears and bighorn sheep will so disrupt patterns of migration as to cause a natural catastrophe.
The U.S.-Mexico border is made up of mountains, jungle, coastline and many other diverse ecosystems, Professor Gerardo Ceballos, who led the investigation published last week, told Fox News. Wildlife has populated these regions for millions of years, and has always had freedom of movement to hunt, reproduce and migrate. To make these animals suffer as a result of mans political agenda is entirely immoral.
Of the 800 species that will be affected by President Trumps border wall, 140 are in danger of extinction, including the bald eagle, grey wolf, armadillo and jaguar, a big cat of which remain only 10 in the highlands of the Sonora Desert that straddle Arizona.

DUKE, David?
“A study by Mexicos top university...”
In other words, Mexico is really hurting bad for a good university....
They mean 800 species of criminal.
All it takes is a law exempting a border wall from all environmental laws and regulations. In fact, I think the law authorizing a border fence had some provisions in it to that effect.
It was indeed! If there are any endangered cattle types there, perhaps we could kill two steers with one stone!
I think we should use the jaguars to patrol along the wall. Kill two birds with one stone.
My response to this article.
Tough.
Is the “Southwestern Wetback” at the top of the endangered list?
800 species may be endangered by the wall, but I’d bet that it will be reported that women and children will be hurt the worst.
I’ll have the “Endangered Species Kabob”, grilled over moon rocks, of course.
Did not know there were so many species of Mexicans.
It just proves that illegal immigration is bad for the environment.
A Wall would also stop California from sliding into the Pacific after that Big Earthquake
Build the wall. Build the wall. Build the wall.
Experts warn 800,000,000,000,000 species, many endangered, affected by border wall.....
I believe that wildlife biologists, using game cams, have captured photos of just one jaguar in Arizona.
We don't need jaguars in Arizona, they are a big dangerous cat, some almost as big as African lions. Who wants to run into that while strolling in the desert?
Sorry, couldn’t get past “A study by Mexicos top university”; HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Mexico has a university!? Who knew?
800? Name them all. The eagles should learn to fly.
