If California becomes a sanctuary state, this county will resist
San Francisco Chronicle ^ | April 9, 2017 | Peter Fimrite

Leaning back in his chair, his gold sheriff’s badge glinting in a shaft of light, John D’Agostini thought for a second about what he would do if Sacramento legislators imposed San Francisco-style sanctuary laws to protect people living across the state illegally.

His dilemma is part of the complex immigration debate in California, where a bill passed last week by the state Senate would restrict cooperation with U.S. immigration agents everywhere, including not only liberal strongholds but bastions of conservatism like El Dorado County.

To D’Agostini, the proposed law, SB54, is tantamount to coddling criminals, and that doesn’t wash in the historic Gold Rush towns and foothill hamlets he serves. He said he would simply refuse to go along.

The state of California becomes the state of Northern California, the state of Central California, the state of Coastal California and the state of South California.

No, it becomes California (or Jefferson) and
North Mexico. No 5-6 state BS.

If California becomes a total Santuary State they will have an additional 20 million illegal Mexicans, muslims, Africans and who knows what else living there within a couple of years.

The taxpayers in other states can’t afford it and shouldn’t have to subsidize it.

Although the “Progressive” cancer of places like Roseville continue to invade the American communities of Placer County, we remain resolute to fight the America haters who comprise far too much of California!

Implausible until recently. I know the drawbacks but it may be the best option. A state will never be allowed to leave the union. Cutting it up is not a bad idea like a few other states. Even my disgusting state of New Jersey everything below Camden is rather conservativ(ish). I also lived in Upstate New York where the disconnect from Albany and NYC was a disgrace.

California is about to rebel.

The rebellion will probably be funded by George Soros and the
EU. Give California to Mexico and in a few years they both will be bankrupt like Venezuela.

I see little hope for the Golden State to ever return to Republican governance.

For example, the LA TIMES and now the San Diego Union-Tribune are now under the same ownership, which also owns 9 other newspapers, including the Baltimore Sun and the Chicago Tribune.

The San Diego-Union Tribune is now nothing more than a "Democrat newspaper," or fish wrap. I personally use my SD-UTs' to line my balcony so my French Bulldog puppy, Louie can have a place to do his business overnight.

The front page exclusively features articles from the NYT, WaPo and sometimes AP.

The editorial page is a mirage of Democrat talking points; all anti-President Trump and all in favor of illegals and their plight.

All 5 local TV channels either tend to follow the UT's theme or are openly hostile to President Trump.

I'm going to cancel my subscription because I hate starting my mornings MAD!

Thank God for the Internet, but CA's voting proves to me that local TV news and the local newspaper continue to severely and widely shape and impact public opinion.

P.S.
Watch the Duncan Huner coverage. ALL negative and Representative Hunter already has 3 Democrat opponents for his 2018 Congressional reelection race.

I applaud this PATRIOT Sheriff! He's a rare commodity in this "illegal alien safe haven," - the sickening, sorry state of California, under Democrat-mob rule.

Soros is trying to wreck Colorado also. There is a joke that the definition of Boulder is 34 square miles surrounded by reality.
