Yet another reason to legalize it at all levels. You don’t see illegal tobacco grows in National Forests.

I was told the new CA law allows individuals to grow up to 6 plants. And next year there will be licensed growers. Yet right now, the cartels still grow in our forests.

Exactly wrong.

It’s legal in OR and CA and the illegal grows have exploded. Illegal as in stealing water, not getting permits, using banned chemicals, growing ag in residential areas, growing in National forests, etcetcetc.

The reason for legalization is supposedly all this tax $$$ that will be pouring into the state coffers so they can continue to destroy the states with their commieprog agendas. Of course the illegal grows pay no taxes...

I live in OR and it’s gone crazy since legalization, and friends over the border in CA tell me the same thing.

Pot tax is way too high.

And license fees, and regulations.

Blackmarket is cheaper.

roger that - we need to admit the 47 year drug war has failed and only made the mobsters stronger and has not reduced drug addiction one bit

Legalize it and we can all pay for the impact.
