Mark my words: Gorsuch will be another Anthony Kennedy.

Bold prediction! I expect him to be another Scalia. Time will tell who is right.

This selection does nothing big. It might get us back to where we were but we are not even sure of that.

What was significant is changing the senate rules to avoid the filibuster. Mcconnell gets an A for that. The next SC nomination and selection WILL be big.

Not my point. IE; We can’t get 2 on the Supreme Court unless we get 1 first, can’t get 3 unless we get to 2 first and so on. It’s the road to a majority. And it’s a slow road.
