A Russian media video showing the damage from the US strike on a Syrian Airbase.
The world is now on notice-the gutless punk is no longer in the Oval Office. Trump said Syria crossed the line. 24 hours later they paid the price.
From what I have seen, they’re still trying to figure out how they can spin this into a Trump failure.
Doesn’t look like much that a few guys with spackle, shovels, and brooms can’t fix. Those jets seem to be unharmed.
The armchair generals here don’t have all the facts. I trust that Trump made the decision based on the facts and intelligence that was available to him.
All I have seen is some holes in the runways that can be patched up in a few days.
I suspect (or hope) the video is selected to minimize the damage done. The runway “craters” shown are pretty small and they seem to have missed the planes in the concrete shelters.
Maybe the limited damage was intentional?
Seems like a lot of noise over some dented pavement. Were we throwing squibs at them?
Putin said the strike was inefficient but the Russians are the masters of propaganda...it’s early yet.
It was a significant strike, but I think we learned that Syria has hard targets.
The runway seems almost unmarked.
Planes in the hardened shelter, seem untouched. Next time will need to be more significant, I think.
If there needs to be a next time.
This was just a warning, and it seems to have resulted in the right attention, around the world.

That crossed my mind but please remember that if anyone can lie even more than the western liberal media it’s Russia.
I suspect the enemies of America are thinking along those lines.
I saw two, possibly three apparently intact aircraft. The video only showed a very limited patch of runway/taxiway. How many planes were there to start with?
Russia has been preparing for this exact sort of thing for a long time and they really are ready. We are not...especially after 8 years of Obama.

It’s quite possible this attack was intended to be a symbolic shot across the bow. It appears that care was taken to minimize casualties and early warning of the strike was provided.. I will wait for events to play out,

They were probably the chem weapons their Russian pals snuck in from Iraq via that large convoy prior to the gulf war.
