Cable News Networks (FOX, CNN, MSNBC, etc) Think Syria Attack May Be Underway
Posted on 04/06/2017 6:12:03 PM PDT by Strac6
FOX cut away from O'Reily and went live with Shep at :48 after the hour. Dropped all commercials. Other nets are going with all talking heads, but not following the show formats promoted earlier tonight.
It's now still 4:10 AM in Syria, plenty of time for cruise missiles to impact if they had been fired from US ships in Med.
Nothing confirmed, but "the natives are restless"

Keane is on right now on Fox, or LJ you can read my posts here because I’m smarter than the average bear. ;-) We say pretty much the same thing.

I suspect this is what President Trump is counting on. If Assad behaves himself he will be left alone. Meanwhile Trump sends a message to the world that he is not afraid to use force when he sees fit.
At least I hope that's what this is about. It is. :-) Bashar Assad would be a fool to try to escalate.

I peeled away from FR to take a bath, and look what happens --
And at the other end of the spectrum, I was channel cruising, from TCM, MeTV and H&I, just "passing through" the cable news space, and saw MSNBC report of the strike.
Trump talking now. Assigns blame to Assad, describes slow and brutal death. Targeted military strike on the airfield from which the gas attack was launched. Prevent and deter the use of deadly chemical weapns. Years of previous attempts failed. Region is destabilizing, which threatens US. Offers prayers for those injured.
Oops, tape playback, not sure how long the delay was, before Foxnews played it.

Funny thing, not knowing how this will go, earlier today I was on when the “April 6, 1917” thread was posted and I almost said “Gee, let’s hope history doesn’t repeat itself 100 years on down”.
One thing is for certain, I’m glad we have President TRUMP and not President HillaryBillClinton.

It almost looked like Ezekiel 38 was going to happen under Obama.
Dunno where this Syria thing is going in the short term. Doesn’t look like a lot of good options.
I’ve always (guessed) that Syria would take some shot at Israel and that’s how Isaiah 17:1 happens. But dunno.
Obama financed Ezekiel 38 though - with AMERICAN dollars.
To say “not good” is a gross understatement.
