Israeli party postpones elections due to Britney Spears gig

Israel’s Opposition Labor party announced Wednesday that it is postponing its internal elections because the date clashed with a Britney Spears concert.

The party explained that the concert would lead to traffic congestion in the Tel Aviv area, that it would be difficult to recruit security guards on that day because they would all be going to the concert, and that they would be not be able to hold an election event at one of their preferred venues. Therefore, they decided to postpone the elections by a day.

Simple explanation. Apparently, Britney will be performing "Hava Nagila" in lingerie on a stripper pole with a large snake around her legs, as rabbis continually spray her with cold water.
