This is a serious problem. Curious as to why seemingly only two specific types of aircraft are involved. Curious if the same malfunctioning system is involved in both aircraft versus others using different types of oxygen systems.

Seems to me this problem would be worthy of immediate attention by the Pentagon.

This IS A DISGRACE! We ask our military members to go into battle and maybe loose their lives in the process. That doesn’t extend to forcing them to train with known flawed weapons systems. Seems as though along with rebuilding our military, we need to “rebuild” our Generals and Admirals too. Just home Mad Dog Mattis gets some G2 on what’s going on here, because you can’t be an effective pilot if you don’t train.

(a) Any person subject to this chapter who—

(b) A person who is found guilty of attempted mutiny, mutiny, sedition, or failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition shall be punished by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.

The pilots told the civilians from Navy Air Systems Command their complaints about the oxygen system were being ignored.

Reminds me of the WWII ordnance people ignoring the complaints of the submarine commanders that the *&^% torpedoes would fail to explode.
