Barack and Michelle Obama are dealing with a complete lifestyle change as their time in the White House has come to an end. Sources describe Michelle as having a tougher time than the former president at adjusting to the changes that the last few months have thrown their way. With that said, it appears that both have shifted their attention to their eldest daughter, Malia, who at 18 is on her own for the first time and making headlines recently for her antics inside a 21 and over nightclub.
Recent events have Michelle and Barack worried about Malia, according to Celebrity Insider. Even though she is 18, that is not a magical age where a button is pushed and a maturity level rushes in and takes over. Being out on her own in New York City has Malia spreading her wings and making some less than stellar decisions along the way.

The Obama’s have developed a thick skin when it comes to all the rumors and gossip about them, but as parents they are not immune to the buzz about their daughter and they are not sure just what to do.

They know their daughter has a good head on her shoulders and they trust that she will make good judgments, with a few mistakes thrown in, which is all part of the process of growing up. Still, at only 18-years-old, she is in the Big Apple on her own and after the recent episode in the headlines there appears to be some need to worry.

I was the youngest of four. When cleaning out my mom’s house I found one picture from 1961 when I was 14 months. Then no sighting of me in any pictures for another five years.
No baby pics was not unusual for the pre digital camera days.

I see a pretty strong resemblance between Malia and her father.
Sasha on the other hand looks more like her mother’s side of the family. Have you ever seen a picture of Michelle’s mother and father when they were young?
The press needs to leave Malia alone and allow her to grow up... covering a teenager is disgraceful.
Not from the press but they have sowed the seeds of their daughter’s destruction and abrogated their parental responsibilities. At a certain age you can no longer say no but you can withhold the $ that enable it.
In the long run you’re correct, except I wonder how many of them will see delayed advancement & opportunity to satisfy diversity requirements.

I think they will shine among the many hothouse flowers and bosses will rely on they because they are used to getting the job done. That recognition leads to opportunity.
Diversity requirements may be on the way out since in essence they are discriminatory and in a case based on merits would be overturned. The bigotry of low expectations hurts the minorities worst of all in any case.
That ain't all that bitch has been spreading.
Luckily there were no digital cameras/cell phones/facebook pics for a lot of us when we were young....:^)

I had my 1st in 1961 and have LOTS of pics of her-——when #5 was born I took just a few pics of him-——— family size has a lot to do with it.

Thank you! I was trying to remember who this was and what show she was on. She sooo reminds me of the wookie.
As far as the kids go, who cares, they are kids who are either gonna shape up and fly right or they won’t. We probably should remember who their public parents are even though we will likely never know who their birth parents are.
I did notice the older one does have Mooches same jutting forehead, same big feet, and same permanent scowl and bad attitude. The jury is still out on the shorter/younger one but again; who really cares. I will only care if they become politicians who can damage the country the way obie did.
