I would argue that tipping them off to a raid comes under "shielding from detection".
Rumors of raids are a great tool to stop illegal commerce. Keep it up!

When my children did something they KNEW was WRONG the first defense for their wrongheaded action was “I did nothing wrong.” Helping a Murderer— or a Thief escape the legal consequence for their actions is WRONG— SO IS WHAT this ugly American did.What part of ILLEGAL does this Democrat NOT understand?ICE has a Legal authority to act in defense of America politicians especially ought understand they are obligated to protect America and defend our Laws.
I wouldn’t have believed these rumors matter until I saw it 10 years ago. 30% of the students at my kids’ school didn’t show up one day. It ended up there was an ICE rumor. The raid didn’t happen but about 20% of the students didn’t come back the rest of the year - the parents moved because of the rumored raid.
It’s chaotic for the schools when lots of illegals show up unexpected on the first day of school and leave quickly in the middle of the year. And that’s just one of many ways the illegal community hurt every kid in the school. Supporters need to tell my why my kids should be hurt because of their support for illegals.
I also have a message for the illegal invader community of the entire United States. Please be careful on days ending with the letter “y” (”s” or “o” in Spanish). ICE will be in the United States on those days. If you are a criminal in our country illegally, don’t go out on the street. Even better, just go home to your own country. I ask you to be careful.
