I think the ideas you’ve listed on your profile page are great. Why wouldn’t you want the Republicans in the House and Senate to at least put them all in a bill and let the Democrats explain why they are opposed to them?

Oh I want a bill matching my ideas. The explanation given by republican committee members in hearings is that such bill can not be passed with reconciliation (simple majority). Only a bill dealing with budget items can pass with reconciliation.

I’m betting you’ve been listening to Shummer et al. Do you actually believe they will bother debating the issue? I’m convinced the only way to get them to the table is to kill off enough of Obamacare to make it effectivly dead. Only then will enough of them sign on to a Rep health bill.
If only the GOP had the stones to weather that storm.
