Simple--do not drive in those parts of town. Do not ever go there.

Nothing there is worth your life. And if this sounds racist, so is killing a white guy over a traffic accident.

Blacks do this in New York both children and adults. They particularly target luxury vehicles with the intention of getting hit or faking getting hit so that they can sue the driver. Car service companies now have dash cameras and interior cameras. One driver told me that as he was stopped at a red light in Manhattan, a black male walked into the front of his car and then dropped to the ground. He faked being hit. When the owner of the car service company showed the video to the judge after they got sued, the case was dismissed and the driver was charged with filing a false report.

Just yesterday, I had to stop to avoid hitting a black woman who just calmly walked onto a 4 lane street. My daughter was with me and commented that the woman was crazy, and I said to her, no, that's just her way of saying "screw you" to all the drivers.

General advice: Get and install a dash cam and have it it running whenever you’re driving...Immediate advice: Stop and DO NOT leave the car....keep your foot on the gas pedal..keep the windows closed...check your 360....if it looks like a set up, floor it to the nearest police station....

In further news, I live in an area with 3 schools nearby and I see kids often at the proper time, who refuse to use crosswalks, and even when they do, slow down and chat in the middle of the street; staring at drivers and challenging them to do or say something.

I just refuse to even look at them and check my nails...

They are Always black apprentice thugs. Of both sexes.

Happened to me also. Light turns green, and as the cars reach the far side of the intersection, these young [B_word] kids motion like they're about to jump in front of the car. So, each car stops, and drives very slowly past them. Then, they did it to each of the following cars - until it was my turn. I stopped, and motioned for them to "go right ahead," and walk in front of my car. They immediately stepped onto the sidewalk and moved way back - which is exactly what I wanted.
