Yesterday we reported that an international group of hackers claim they have breached Apples iCloud user database and stolen 300 million usernames and passwords.
I was told Apple had the best security known to mankind.☺

I suspect everything is monitored, REGARDLESS of how you set those settings.

I can’t seem to turn that off.
Time to roll back to W7.

if you are a Windows 10 user then every single keystroke you have ever typed on your computer may have been logged and sent to Microsoft. Another reason not to be a Windows10 user. Still using Windows 7.

This is why I will cling to Win 7 until my last dying breath.
Also, I quit Win 7 updates back when they tried to force Win 10 on us. Zero problems, McAfee does a good job of keeping me safe.

How do I get to that screen?

Mine is grayed out and I can't turn it on even if I wanted to. But then I have all of those turned off anyway.

You can’t turn everything off completely- even when you change a setting, it still in some cases records and sends- and updates were, maybe still do- change it back to ‘allow’ when you aren’t looking-

Don’t care what you think. Don’t care what you say. I worked for a contractor at this site for a couple of years. they have since been left go but this seemingly small data farm keeps getting bigger. Hey, no big deal all is well................

If you still use Win7 AND you have updates turned off, Microsoft can still get inside your computer.
A long time back, I turned Win Updates off. Occasionally, I will notice a glitch and have to do a system restore. I notice in the system restore several somewhat recent entries — Critical Update. Note that that update had already been applied — even though my Win 7 Update is turned off.
