You can’t turn everything off completely- even when you change a setting, it still in some cases records and sends- and updates were, maybe still do- change it back to ‘allow’ when you aren’t looking-
Windows 10 spyware crap sucks-
Just noticed last night all settings reset after update. This is criminal, stealing my time to redo preferences, plus the bandwidth of All their updates.
