A teenage boy was told by school leaders that he had to “tolerate” undressing in front of a female student and to make it as “natural” as possible, according to a blockbuster lawsuit filed in a Pennsylvania federal district court.
The lawsuit, filed Tuesday by Alliance Defending Freedom and Independence Law Center, alleges the Boyertown Area School District shamed the teenage boy and violated his personal privacy. They are also alleging sexual harassment.
“No school should rob any student of this legally protected personal privacy,” ILC attorney Randall Wenger said. “We trust that our children won’t be forced into emotionally vulnerable situations like this when they are in the care of our schools because it’s a school’s duty to protect and respect the bodily privacy and dignity of all students.”
In the case of “Joel Doe” – they clearly ignored that duty.

Hard to believe any adult would treat school kids this way. Very bad. Raises issues like contributing to the delinquency of minors , moral terpitude, etc.

My first thought was that I was born several generations too early. I know I enjoyed 4-H chorus camp at 16 a lot more than my parents ever knew, since it was 90% female.
Liberals think they are smarter than centuries of societal evolution. They think they can brainstorm a more perfect world. To my knowledge they have not ever been successful.
Sue the offending state employees personally. Only way to make them and their strange bosses howl.

The girl was probably a tranny in this case, not your average girl you would want to date.

The Somali refugees in Sweden provide examples of “what is natural” every day, if you remove societal and religious norms of behavior. Put one of them in a locker room with a half-naked girl and there would be no question as to the result. What’s the difference, other than how this boy has been taught?
No, nothing like that. They knew they were female and we knew we were boys. But I got a taste of what it’s like to be an attractive female in an all-male venue like a military base or a comic book convention. I even dated a few of them later although we attended different school districts. It was like being Bobby Sherman.
Imagine if it was a girl complaining about having to undress in front of boys and being told she has to get used to it.
How many hundreds of womens groups would be picketing the school and courthouse?

This is true. The “feminists” want equal everything PLUS they want permanent victim status. And they don’t earn it; they demand it of the opposite sex. Which shows how stupid it is. Feminists are controlling bullies.
