Louie Gomert is likely in quiet celebration tonight.

YEP - Ryancare was his baby, and it failed.

Get a real conservative in there who is not a closet statist and RINO, and who isn’t afraid to be bold.

I never understood why, when Obama was president, the GOP passed a clean Obamacare repeal bill. Obama vetoed it. But now that Obama is gone, they chose to do an Obamacare lite bill, instead of a clean repeal that could be signed by a GOP president. I don’t get it, I just don’t get it.

I think it’s pretty clear that when Obama was president, the GOP passed a clean repeal bill because they were posturing to their base, certain it would be vetoed.

Ryan never did take responsibility for his failure to craft a plan that would pass.

I really can’t think of a single success Ryan has ever had as a politician.

Has the man ever accomplished anything?

Every single one of them voted for Ryan for Speaker. Every single one.

This schmuck is CLEARLY either over his head or a mole for the Democrats!!

He's mentioned that his BEST bud in congress is one Luis Gutierrez (LG), FLAMING LEFTIST DEMOCRAT from Illinois.  You know, the home of Chicago and Cook County where, in addition to others, the elections of Kennedy and obozo were STOLEN by the Democrat machine! Why is his closeness to Luis of interest?  Their ratings by several outfits that do that sort of thing may be an indicator.  The lower the score (on a scale from "0" to "100" at CU and from "A" to "F" at GRADEGOV) on the more radically leftist the member. CONSERVATIVE UNION:  RYAN 89/LG 4.45!  (Yes, that's 4.45!!!) GRADEGOV.COM: RYAN "B+"/LG "F" HERITAGE SCORE: RYAN (NOT AVAILABLE)/LG 19 (I assume when Ryan got the Speaker's job, Heritage stopped rating him.)

Ryan isn't just married to a Dem.. His wife was a Dem operative and her family are Dem megadonors. She also brought $5mill to the marriage.

“If you think we’re having fun now, we get to do this yet AGAIN with Kevin McCarthy next!”

Nah! Just bring up his knocking boots with Renee Elmers. He’s a POS who can’t be allowed to ascend to the Speakers Chair. This is a inter-GOP war and conservatives need to pull out all the stops.

We’d have replaced one law written by the insurance industry with another law written by the insurance industry.

Did you really expect anything different from the GOPe?

If Daniel Webster was speaker Obama care would be repealed and we’d have the tax reform - cut completed.
