House Intelligence chair, Devin Nunes dropped a bombshell today when he confirmed that President-elect Trump and his transition team were surveilled from Election Day to Inauguration Day. He also said that he put in a call to FBI Director, Comey and has yet to hear back.
Did FBI Director, Comey perjure himself after he just testified under oath in front of the House Intelligence Committee claiming that there was no truth to Trump’s wiretap claims? Comey was very careful how he worded things…looks like he’s splitting hairs…
Schiff: “Director Comey, I want to begin by attempting to put to rest several claims made by the President about his predecessor mainly that President Obama wiretapped his phones. So that we can be precise, I want to refer you to exactly what the President said and ask you whether there is any truth to it.
First the President claimed that ‘Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my wires tapped in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!’.
Director Comey, was the President’s statement that Obama had his wires tapped in Trump Tower a true statement?”
Comey: “With respect to the President’s tweets about alleged wiretapping directed at him by the prior administration, I have no information that supports those tweets. And we have looked carefully inside the FBI.
The Department of Justice has asked me to share with you that the same is for the Department of Justice and all of its components. The Department has no information that supports those tweets”

Comey carefully protected himself from perjury. Obozo rather than Obozo’s administration, wiretap rather than surveillance, inside the FBI rather than in any Intelligence Agency. He picked his words very carefully.
Comey needs to be booted. NOW!
Looks like a quick CYA until they can "fix" the problem. Said the one who revealed this information did not share his info with the committee.
Yeah. Just like you looked closely at Hillary's emails and declared her pure as the wind driven snow and then, voila`!, some 30,000 more show up.
IIRC, Obama very recently signed an EO saying all these spy people could share.
The entire intelligence community (FBI, NSA, CIA, NRO, DIA, ...) needs to be completely eliminated. Rehire some after extensive vetting. It’s clear that they are enemies of the people of the United States.
None of the legal 3 letter agencies did it, nor do they have any information.
Therefore, either 0bama had his lackeys do the dirty deed, or deep state elements did the deed.
Neither group is accountable to Congress or FBI, NSA, DIN, etc.

The Clintons have taught us how the “extremely literal” game works. Comey’s answers mean only that he has seen no evidence of 1930’s style physical interception of wires serving Trump’s personal phone inside Trump Tower under a specific order for same signed by Obama. Not covered by his statement: Digital signals interception; cell-phone interception; computer server intrusion; anything done at any location other than Trump Tower; anything involving anyone other than Trump himself, anything done under orders signed by the AG, the FISA court, Comey, or anyone other than Obama; surveillance under other investigations that just happened to surveille Trump, his campaign, and his associates “by accident”; etc.
What ever happened to "the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?"
It seems like the whole truth part is not considered relevant any more. Has anyone ever been penalized for telling obfuscatory half-truths?
