SCOTUS has said we can not ask the status of children we have to educate them, but nothing says they have to be in our schools. If they can not speak English they should go to a school that focuses solely on teaching English first. When they have an adequate knowledge of English they can then be brought up to grade level. This goes for legal and illegal. There should be no mainlining until they speak and write English.
