The democrats are doing a full court press in trying to prove Russia influenced our elections. Ok, if true, why then was Russia so successful in hacking, spying and actively disrupting our democratic processes under President Obama?
Complete intelligence breakdown or what?
Obama's criminal negligence and incompetence?
Obama/Hillary complicity?

I agree and I’m really tired of it. I also got to watch Comey for the first time. I really don’t trust the guy. It’s no wonder the American people have zero confidence in the intelligence community.
I guess Russia is our only enemy in this world. The Chinese, the North Koreans, ISIS is nothing. The intelligence community and both the house and senate intelligence committees are totally focused on the Russians.
The elections had to be hacked. We had one party in the White House for 8 years with lousy economic performance and a history of governing against the will of the people running a Northeast liberal candidate who was personally unlikeable and of questionable character, running on more of the same and yet the Dems got 66 millions votes. This can’t have been legit.
Basic answer is:
Hillary got careless and as a result the truth about her got out.
The Russians were only doing what they’ve always done.
Because Obama had a lot more latitude and could do a lot more for Russia after the 2012 elections, don’t you know?

The fact of the matter is that Russia didn't have to hack a thing neither they or anyone else with cash has to hack anything to find out whatever they want to know about the US military, government, any corporation, and nearly any individual. All they have to do is let it be known in the right places that they're willing to pay X amount of money for Y information.
If the price is inadequate, they say, come to us through some connection with proof that you have what we want and we can negotiate the price further. They seldom have to negotiate price, they usually have multiple people providing proof that they have it in hand and how can the exchange be made.
Face facts, in a country where you can purchase an infant for your personal abusing pleasure if you know the right places to go, absolutely everything is for sale and unless you want something that's only a hour or so old, it's probably already listed somewhere as available.
Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if those three guys democrats hired as tech weenies for Congress were renting full access connections to their servers and switches to anyone who had the cash. I suspect the same thing is true of several H1B (or native) people working as contractors for the NSA.
For example, realistically, what are the odds that Hillary's little bathroom server wasn't shadowed somewhere with access to the shadowing machine sold to interested parties? IMHo, slim to none.
Not only have they not claimed the leaked emails are false, but just this week Donna Brazile admitted she passed on questions to Clinton, as shown by Wikileaks.
Another curious thing- if wikileaks is a wholly owned subsidiary of Russia, why didn't they offer him asylum?

I think the DNC's server may not have been adequately protected against cyber attack. And as I understand it, Podesta clicked a link in a phishing email.

1. Rooskies hacked into various DNC servers and individual e-mail accounts and leaked the data to WikiLeaks, DCLeaks and elsewhere

The PROBLEM IS:
1.) That no agency in the US Intelligence Community ever inspected the DNC servers (only a third party contractor to the DNC.
2.) No official has said who phished John Podesta’s GMail account.
3.)The secrets exposed in the “Vault 7” dump show that the US IC have hacking tools that create false flags.
Because the Democrats can’t possibly accept that they just didn’t win even with all their cheating?
I heard it said a few times today from Nunes at a press conference that the Russians have been meddling in our elections for a long time and probably will be for a long time, so if that’s true perhaps Russia meddled in the 2008 and 2012 elections to get Obama elected?
