President Trumps approval rating has taken a nosedive, according to the latest Gallup poll.
Only 37 percent of respondents approve the job the president is doing the lowest level since he took office while 58 percent disapprove, the poll found.
Trumps approval rating was 45 percent a week earlier.
Other presidents have experienced even lower ratings, but Trump is the first commander-in-chief in at least 70 years to have dropped this low by March of his first term, according to Gallup.
His plummeting numbers come as the GOP seeks to push through the proposal to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, better known as ObamaCare.
Trump also has faced a roadblock with his revised travel ban after a federal judge in Hawaii issued a temporary restraining order against it.

And I can promise you it ain’t Trump’s fault....
"Adults" includes foreigners, legal and illegal. I'd rather see a poll of "Registered Voters," and then we can see the demographic skew.

They’re playing to the herd. Fortunately for America, last November lots of cows broke off from the main herd. The problem is way too many of those cows turn as soon as they smell a free salt lick.

The one thing that Trump does is listen to the people around him and flexible. Am sure he is hearing from his base about Obamacare and some of the other issues that conservatives are not happy about. We have a direct line to the Trump admin through couple of Free republic stalwarts so I am not worried about the polls. This same poll measured close to 60% approval after his “State of the Union” speech and with a constant negative drumbeat from the lame stream media, am surprised its not less.
Do you approve or disapprove of the way Donald Trump handles the Presidency?
Week 1: 20% disapprove, 50% neutral, 30% approve (Keep the 20% for next week's random sample)
Week 2: 34% disapprove, 43% neutral, 23% approve (keep 34% for next week's sample)
Week 3: 47% disapprove, 37% neutral, 17% approve.
At least that's my theory.....

Polls no longer have any meaning or value to me.
Keep them.
Yeah right. This reminds me of the pump n dump that Wall Street does to stocks. The democrats had the pollsters run up a number then wait and when they want they release new poll showing the approval collapsing.
Now tell us what is it that Donald Trump could have down in such a short time to cause the polls to drop?
Cutting the huge federal budget? Not a chance.
“I am VERY dissatisfied that Trump has allowed the courts to usurp his authority for instance.”
And you would seriously tell an MSM poster that, as if they care about some narrowly overly-nuanced disagreement from a policy wonk?
Yeah I’m sure the Post will MAKE SURE people know that is what it is about. /s
Everybody, it seems, are against Trump except the people.
Harry S Truman had the same problem in 1948.
Yes those ‘low approval ratings’ are backed up by those long lines at the Trump rallies. Simple dimple.
They’re polling the Swamp and MSM! Everyone I talk to loves Trump.
And this from the less biased paper in NYC.
Just more #FakeNews.
Polls aren’t all they’re cracked up to be! They’re just cracked!
Why,I remember the polls had Illary up by a bunch!
“I would not be so quick to dismiss those ratings. I for one am angry Obamacare is not being repealed.”
So considering EVERYTHING else, idiots on the right will say “nope, not satisfied” because one issue?
One flipping issue. The MSM can always count on our side to give them what they need.
They claimed she had a 98% chance of winning; even Fox was doing it.
We all know how that turned out.
And all the polls had Hillary winning. Why should anyone believe those lying NY polls?
Charles Barkley, who was on the analyst panel for the UCLA /Cincy March Madness game, saw the score that Duke was losing and broke out laughing. He said, “I guess all my friends who wanted to stay at my house for the Villanova and Duke game were a little overconfident!” (Both favorites were eliminated.) It reminded me of all the shocked faces on TV on election night.
All the soon to be unemployed federal workers are voting against President Trump. They will soon have to look for a new job and might have to actually work.
