Hopefully, much of the wall will be fencing, or a device we can see through. We need to know what latest tricks are being attempted to get over the wall.
30 feet high would imply a 10 or 12 foot deep foundation which would slow down an attempt at digging. That high would indicate three or four feet thick hollow core construction I’d think. That’d take a while to build.
Painting flowers on the wall, that don’t bother me at all.

Plant the cholla on the south side of the wall. Man, I hate that stuff. Cleared every one off the acre or so closest to my house. Lot of work.
I here of some ranchers who torch them, and then let the cattle eat the rest. I guess they find them tasty once the spikes are burnt off.
