Ayala is a BLM supporting biatch. I saw her presser this am and she was dripping hatred to all who would dare question her. In general, I don't support the death penalty either because I don't think God gave man that sort of power. However, this vermin exterminated his GF and unborn child and then stood over the lady officer and pumped two more kill shots into her after she was down and unable to give chase.

Thank the Lord that Governor Scott intervened.

Democrats never recuse themselves, something Republicans need to learn!

Whether Christians should support or oppose the death penalty is an orthodoxy issue, only germane in the general sense to this situation.

Whether a prosecutor should seek the death penalty in a case is an issue of facts and law. In this instance, the facts make it clear the crime was multiple aggravated murders, and the state law is clear that the crime merits the death penalty, so a prosecutor refusing to seek the death penalty is either working from a lack of evidence, or is not acting in accordance with the office of prosecutor.

I would not know the son of a bitch if she walked up and bit me on the ass. What I do know is that, if she is the State Attorney, she was elected by a majority of votes by the good voters of her County. They said, via their votes, that she was the one they wanted. Let them live with her. They deserve each other.

“Loyd is accused of killing his pregnant ex-girlfriend, 24-year-old Sade Dixon, in Pine Hills on Dec. 13 and Orlando police Lt. Debra Clayton at an Orlando Walmart on Jan. 9.”

Death penalty x 10. Sub animals like Loyd should be wiped off the face of the earth. Gov Scott did the Trump thing removing stupid inept libtards.

Let’s see if Ayala goes to the next page in the libs’ playbook: go to Court and seek an injunction against the Governor.

Why did God mandate capital punishment for murder (Genesis 9:6)?

https://www.gotquestions.org/capital-punishment-murder.html

God specified that murder was to be punished by death because of the nature of man. Man is created in God’s own image (Genesis 1:27). As murder destroys an image-bearer, it is a direct affront to God Himself. Humans are unique among God’s creations—none of the animals are created in God’s likeness—and murder is a unique crime.

The election however, raised questions about the role of outside groups in local elections after billionaire liberal George Soros threw $1.3 million into a PAC to boost her [Ayala] campaign.

The PAC spent $297,641 on direct mail advertisements, $991,101 on TV commercials and $33,662 conducting polls starting on Aug. 6, according to Florida Division of Election campaign finance reports.

He not only gave it, He ordered it.

Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.

The Bible says thou shalt not kill and it is mistranslated. it means murder. but it also says if you commit murder, criminal homicide, you should/will be put to death.

Scott needs to redeem himself after having thrown George Zimmermann under the bus in a futile attempt to appease BLM types.

He also needs to be charged in the death of the other deputy who was run over while he was supporting the manhunt for this subhuman waste.

I watched her whole conference. The dead give-away: she used the word “community” 47 times in 18 minutes. Generally, she stated over and over again her responsibility to the community, not her fidelity to the law. Another tell: She received over a million dollars in campaign funding from George Soros.

An enemy of the Republic and the Rule of Law, plain and simple.

Great news. I had not heard about this situation until an earlier thread on FR today. I’m gratified to hear that Gov. Scott has kicked the racist Ayala off the case. I hope the perpetrator fries.
