SAN JOSE — Police have arrested a 27-year-old San Jose man in connection with the death of his wife.
Officers arrived shortly before 9 a.m. Thursday at a home in the 2100 block of Coyne Court after getting a report of a dead body.
They found Leann Watson Chadhar, 40, unconscious and not breathing. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators determined the death was a homicide, the city’s fifth of 2017, and arrested Sajawal Chadhar.

My neighbor was in Vietnam building Towers before there was a large amount of fighting going on.
I forget what kind of towers they were, radio or something or other.

San Jose didn't seem to be so concerned a year ago.
Communication towers mostly. Page Electronics was one of the construction companies. Probably some radar sites too.
Public contracts were put out for bidding for many types of construction work, from building ports and infrastructure/facilities, to possibly roads and bridges.
That makes sense. Wish I could remember the conversation exactly.
