If the pages have headers, they are not blank. Amazon CreateSpace allows no more than two consecutive blank pages.
After a while, all the pages looked the same.
so many foolish people spending money on it, enriching someone else when any person can easily make similar for much less. waste of money.
The bestseller being a stack of blank pages, says something about the national mood. Lots of pissed people out there. Those likely to buy the book justifiably so.

One’s in the mail to me right now. The price has actually gone up about a buck since I bought it.
It’ll be the “man’s present” at the Christmas gathering of wife’s extended family (mostly democrat...some very far left). Presents are anonymous and chosen by numbered draw. If I’m lucky, it’ll wind up in our trash and I can recovery it...and give it again the following year. Should be fun.

I sent this book to two Liberals just for the fun of it.
One has a good sense of humor and I heard from.
The other I will not hear from and he will fume and be very nasty about it. That person writes a political column in my state wide paper and has banned me frorm seeing and commenting on his Twitter account.
