A little late, I think. Aren’t they usually among the first to go?

Now, clear out the entire so-called Civil Rights Division down to the janitors, completely debug the offices and review all cases in the last 8 years.

Restore freedom.

I would think all fired are political appointees, AND that this happens during every presidential change.

There are many hundreds and hundreds of political appointees in the executive branch.

It is for this reason that the person of the President should be considered less, or less considered, than that of party and that party’s ideology.

Whether Trump or Cruz gets elected, the same 1500 political appointees will push the agenda of the regime, along with thousands of others who move into town with any new regime.

I’m not sure of the exact numbers.

I didn’t like it when Clinton went in and cleaned out U.S. attorneys. I believe he did it because he wanted to have his people in place who would be far less likely to entertain charges against him.

What Sessions may be doing is cleaning house so cases will be decided on merit, not political terms.

I am glad he is doing this. We had to get all the Clinton and Obama people out of there.

In 2006, under Bush, there were 2600 political appointees.

Praise Jesus Christ, I pray that he gives President Trump and all conservative values leaders wisdom to drain the swamp of DC and drive out the leakers and the liars and the thieves. This is a very good step to restoring law and order to America.
Trump and Pence for 2020 looks better every day they destroy Americans domestic enemies, the dem-rino coalition of bribed politicians who care more for themselves and neglect the Americans they were elected to represent in government.

The liberals are all motivated by hate.

Its not that they want health care in any certain form, they just hate Trump.

Its not that they love Peace, they hate Trump. When Obama killed people by drones, they didn’t care because they didn’t hate Obama.

Trump’s AG fires all the lawholes, and you can expect them to scream. They didnt scream when Clinton did the same thing because they didnt hate clinton.

If Trump raped someone they would be going insane, but when Clinton was accused it was OK because they didn’t hate him.

So why is Trump still allowing treacherous Obama snakes to still work in the White House?
And why is the Obama IRS commissioner who continued to stonewall Congress and repeatedly committed perjury over the illegal IRS terrorism of conservative groups, still functioning as IRS commissioner?

Not at all unusual. Each incoming administration appoints its own U.S. Attorneys, as well as their deputies.
