Andrew Ostrovsky, a medical official at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which is part of HHS, tweeted late Wednesday that he would oppose the bill.
"Despite political messaging from others at [Health and Human Services]" Ostrovsky tweeted he would align with experts at outside groups such as the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Pediatricians to oppose the bill.

Voicing your opinion would be one thing and doing so publicly would be wrong but, actively organizing is another level altogether.
Well, this sissy can just “buck-off”. Fire him.
The people opposed do not mind that no one but congress has healthcare now because of obamacare?
No one can afford the monthly charge and the deductible.

I believe that govt employee engaging in overt political lobbying action is a crime.
So what if he’s “gay”? A homosexual is a sick person and should not be in a leadership position dealing with healthcare. He needs help.
A) He’s right, the new bill sucks.
B) He’s fired (or reassigned to Hell.)
Hatch Act, but I don’t think voicing an opinion (even publicly) violates that.

If this is a Civil Service position he needs to be transferred to a broom closet with a school desk.
