Members of the House Freedom Caucus, a group of some of the most fiscally conservative representatives, held a press conference criticizing the Republican leadership's ObamaCare replacement bill.
They announced they will be re-introducing a "clean repeal" bill tomorrow, which they said received unanimous Republican support last year.

This has a feel like the “temporary” tax cuts back around 2000 that were supposed to get made permanent, but never did. The excuse then was they wanted to keep it for future election issues and the tax cuts would be made permanent later. Never happened.

This was the straight up repeal they passed and Obama vetoed.

It took six years to come up with this? It does not repeal, therefore it can not replace... it only tweaks it here and there.
It’s simple:
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111–148) is repealed, and the provisions of law amended or repealed by such Act are restored or revived as if such Act had not been enacted.
That took about 15 seconds. What is Ryan’s problem?
