It's obviously not the first crime committed by the lawless Obama administration, er, democrat crime family. Obama, Bill Clinton, Hillary, Lynch, Holder, Clapper, Comey, Lerner, et al, are all lawless criminals.
The NBA as currently operated is a danger to freedom, to the very founding idea of America.

I’ll say this- it appears more driven by frantic ideology than actual conspiracy. These jokers couldn’t carry off an actual conspiracy.
That inability to fire is the basic premise of Civil Service. It replaced the naturally corrupt “spoils system” whereby much of the government turned over at every new presidency with an ultimately far more corrupt Civil Service because it is next to impossible to get rid of CS people and the same sabotaging people remain in position for 30 years. Crooks gravitate to Spoils System jobs but at least the crooks are changed every 4 or 8 years and most do not develop the corruption beyond the minimum. Crooks and ideological vermin get into the Civil Service and stay there increasing their take year to year and cementing the corruption.
I pay no attention to the NBA, but I had no idea that they were such a threat!

He was never eligible and everyone in the District of Corruption knew it, they wanted Precedent Obama to open up possibilities for ineligibles like Cruz, Rubio, Jindal, Haley, George P. Bush and others like Kamala Harris.
