I'm not so sure about that.

Another Freeper made a very astute point earlier today:

Ex-presidents rarely ever hang around in Washington after they leave office. If they do, it's not to stay connected to the political scene. They only hang around Washington if they know they have to do damage control over devastating revelations about their administration.

Ah, I have to tell ya, there was supposed to be another sentence on #5, but instead I prematurely posted it. I was distracted. It was to read: Does Obama still have an administration? If not, why are all these people speaking for him?

It's regarding a post earlier about Obamba personally making a brief statement on this himself, which never happened. If this story here is accurate, it's quite understandable why he didn't. ☺ So that's what it is.
