That may be true- but linking it back to him is going to be difficult to impossible- maybe- the reason, as you point out, is because he had people willing to take a fall for him if anything ever came of it- it is very likely, that at best, a few fall guys will take the heat-

The only way Obama takes the fall is if it can be linked back to Clinton, Jarrett, or Soros. Then, he’ll have an accident with some radioactive oysters or a loose piano falling from a great height.
