The idea that FISA could be used against political enemies always seemed far-fetched. Now it might not be. Remember the great debate over the Wall following the 9/11 attacks? The Wall was a set of internal guidelines that had been issued by the Clinton Justice Department in the mid 1990s. In a nutshell, the Wall made it legally difficult and practically impossible for agents in the FBIs Foreign Counter-Intelligence Division (essentially, our domestic-security service, now known as the National Security Division) to share intelligence with the criminal-investigation side of the FBIs house. Those of us who were critics of the Wall and I was a strenuous one, beginning in my days as a terrorism prosecutor who personally experienced its suicidal applications made several arguments against it.

What it means is he went to the FISA court which has the reputation for being a rubber stamp procedure.
Ted Lieu is currently a colonel in the US Air Force Reserves.
This is sedition, and Ted Lieu is a seditionist, pure and simple.
He's been agitating against his Commander-In-Chief for weeks now.
Maybe he needs to be introduced to a concrete block wall a few times...
It its entire existence since 1978 the FISA court has only turned down four requests.
Right! And NOTHING happened to those that went after conservatives. NOTHING!
Yup. I didn't realize he's still USAFR.
Just Wow. You don't say those things against the CIC.
The fact that guys like him are in the JAG offices makes me think twice about my kids being in the military. Really don't want them to have to be under the thumb of people like him.
I know of a retired US Special Forces colonel who was a battalion commander till 2014 whose wife talked about a coup.
She worked in the Pentagon for the Muslim Seditionist's administration.

I agree 100% that Lieu is a loathsome scumbag, but let’s not lump every Asian with him. I know lots of Asians and they’re not like him at all.
All I’m saying is let’s be a bit more discriminating in our discrimination.
IIRC, no less than four federal agencies, including the IRS, came down hard on Catherine Engelbrecht’s True The Vote. In 2016,every exec branch agency was on-call to assist the rats. The GOP congress could hardly care less. I’m through with congressional elections.
Excellent. A concise summation of a stand off.
Trump is in power. We must go to ideological war on the exact same legal battlefield as the seditionists.
Sessions must open an investigation against every single front, from Soros and Obama, to illegal wiretapping and RICO, to illegal activities and MEDIA COLLUSION.
Congressional Republicans need to get cracking as well.
We are like bystanders everyone of us. Sitting ducks pulling punches. Impotent.
Hey! Where's the FR "Like" button? 😀

Here is something very interesting:
The NSA warrantless surveillance (200107) Wikipedia page was updated February 22, 2017 and its subsequent link Global surveillance disclosures (2013present) was updated February 21, 2017. Considering that false information is being put into the public eye, the timing of this update is certainly suspect as it is right before the breaking of this story. People will be looking at this page as it pops up on a google search when the question of the authority of the President can or cannot order a Wiretap.

Very suspicious in nature.
OKAY!!! very interesting indeed!!!
I saved the links...
