Friday on his nationally syndicated radio show, conservative talker Rush Limbaugh argued there was a “silent coup” underway against President Donald Trump.
Limbaugh accused former President Barack Obama of putting it in place before leaving office and said that it is currently being executed. He pointed to the ginned-up controversy of Attorney General Jeff Sessions associations with the Russian government and U.S. Senate Democrats slow-walking Trump’s cabinet appointees.
“I’m not taking anything away from what I said yesterday,” he said. “I’m adding to it. We’re watching a silent coup that was put in place by Obama and the Democrats during the transition and before and after the election.”
“I think what is happening here is a full-fledged effort here to deny Trump the actual control of governing and the government by leaving so many Obama career people appointed, by going so slowly on confirming Trump’s cabinet appointees and other lesser bureaucratic position that remain open and haven’t been filled,” Limbaugh said later in the segment. “And that’s why it appears the Democrats are still running the show.”

Obama is desperate——he and his cohorts got into office on a high. They figured they were in forever. They did despicable things w/ power that were criminal in nature. Nobody would find out? Right?
Then Trump came along. A guy like Trump was never supposed to win.
You have to remember that Trump was a businessman....the reliable go-to for Dems and Repubs needing campaign donations.
Trump knows plenty. God only knows what pols confided in Trump to get donations....about themselves...about their opponents.
All this stuff about Russia is a farce....a smoke-screen for the real dirt to come.
I sure hope Brack Obama is desperate... This ineligible hustler should be sent to Leavenworth to rot.
And don't try to tell me Priebus wants to tear down his own house to assist the DC establishment unseat a Reppublican President....that's a bridge to far.
There are plenty of GOPe who poo-poo coup theories who need to have their eyes wide opened. This might do it. Why would Obie tap Trump ? There is but one answer.
And they put the people there. Half the state and justice department staff consist of unelected Obama lickspittles.
Trump's first, primary, immediate order of business needs to be squashing this. Before he moves on any aspect of his agenda, he needs a thorough, top to bottom purge of every last Obamunist apparatchik in DC or they will hobble him with every step he takes.
It is not so silent. There seems to be a lot of smoke and noise just no label.

It is especially aggressive against Trump because they really did think they were completing the Revolution in November. After November the Constitution was to be finally scrapped, as well as any element of popular control of anything at all. The frustration and exasperation from the results of this election are at a far higher pitch than even for Reagan. I think some at the top , Soros et al, are ready to bring out the guns, not in mass actions , but selective ones. I do hope that the Secret Service doesn’t manage to lock out Trump’s private protection. The CIA has always been heavily leftist staffed and the current makeup is pretty radical. A fair portion is quite dangerous. That is why I believe every singls CIA employee should be fired or transferred to a broom closet with a school desk. It is better to do without their “services” for the time it takes to restaff than to take the damage they are doing and will do. CIA guys are not averse to eliminating powerful personages around the world. When the leftists in it think of the President as a foreign body disrupting almost realized Utopia, well, it is not safe or wise to keep them around.
Trump should bypass the Senate using the Obama precedent, create “czars” where he needs agency bosses. They can be utilized for each agency until and unless the Senate gets around to confirming appointments. Else, we are going to go several years with the new bosses trickling through the Senate. The Republicans, being the wholly owned subsidiarians of the Democrat Party will “slow-walk” everything and will shoot down whatever they can get away with.
He is not the boss but he is a figurehead whose direction is provided through Valerie Jarrett. Whether she is a strategist or just a messenger, I don’t know.
The most effective ones below the level of theory and direction are the tech geniuses who have super brilliant minds but also went through public school and the Universities and have no history and little concept of cause and effect outside of flow charts with limited application. And there is Soros and a few in his realm who should be "neutralized" by any system that wishes to remain independent.

Trump has to politically, once and for all, take out Obama. Unfortunately, he will not have the support of the congressional GOP. We must beat up our congressional pubbies to stand against this coup.
I’ve suggested shutting down entire departments just to get rid of the vermin. He can always reconstitute them under a different name if they serve legitimate purposes such as State or Justice.
Flynn mislead the Vice President. Hard to justify keeping him.
