Limbaugh said exactly what I said about last night’s “greatest speech ever”: Trump was just being the Trump that his earliest supporters knew him to be from the get-go.

It is the “intelligentsia” and the “chattering classes” that are just now catching up to what the Silent Majority figured out for themselves a long time ago.

Sauce is a French word taken from the Latin salsus, meaning salted. Antonin Careme, founding father of French "grande cuisine," came up with the methodology in the early 1800's by which hundreds of sauces would be categorized under five Mother Sauces, and there are infinite possibilities for variations, since the sauces are all based on a few basic formulas.
Sauce Béchamel (white)
Sauce Espangnole (brown)
Sauce Hollandaise (butter) and Sauce Mayonnaise (egg)
Tomato Sauce (red)
Velouté Sauce (blond)

Béchamel (White sauce) is the basis for other sauces such a Mornay (Gruyère and Parmesan cheese). The recipe for Béchamel is simple: "White roux moistened with milk, salt, onion stuck with clove, cook for 20 minutes".

Sauce Espangnole is a basic brown sauce enriched with tomatoes. It has a very strong flavour and is rarely used directly on food but is the basis for many other sauces such as Demi-glace and Sauce aux Champignons (Mushroom Sauce).

Hollandaise is an emulsion of butter and lemon juice using egg yolks as the emulsifying agent, usually seasoned with salt and a little black pepper or cayenne pepper.
Mayonnaise is a thick sauce made primarily from vegetable oil and egg yolks. Mayonnaise is a cold sauce. It is quite easy to make at home with a food processor.

Before the speech, I was in one of the many threads about Trump going to cave and give in to amnesty.

I posted a caution for readers to wait until the speech or until President Trump issued a quote/statement.

I noticed he did not change his promise during the speech.

Take everything the media reports with a grain of salt. They keep trying to sensationalize headlines in an attempt to separate President Trump from his supporters.

Until there is a direct quote from President Trump, this is likely just another media misinterpretation or fabrication.

That still holds true. The media/Dems may be aghast, but they will revert back.

There is a great scene in the 1st Star Wars movie.

A squadron of pilots is flying down a long trench to attack a vulnerable spot in the Death Star. The young pilots are freaking out about the ground fire and the incomming enemy attach ships. The leader pilot, in this flat monatone voice, keeps repeating “Stay on target, stay on target, stay on target”.

Every time I see a Vichy Republican, a Conceern Troll or a worry wort start freaking about about Trump and the media, that clip pops into my head.

Stay on target people. The reason Trump is getting so much flak is the Politcal/Media Establishment knows he is a deadly threat to their continued existence.
