Check out the Logan Act. It's what the dems tried to say Flynn was guilty of, but according to what I just read, he wasn't. McCain, on the other hand, is running all over Europe and the Mideast, foaming at the mouth, undermining President Trump.

Question for those more knowledgeable than I am.... Has McCain violated the Logan Act?

That would be a memorable historical footnote: Second person charged in over two hundred years.
