The truth is being revealed, as we all prayed that it would.
Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Agent Daniel P. Love has been breaking the law for years. Using and abusing his authority to run his own personal fiefdom. Bullying citizens until they commit suicide. All while believing he was above the law. Or so a report released last month seems to indicate.
...
On February 14th, a letter from U.S. Reps. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, and Blake Farenthold, R-Texas, named Daniel P. Love and questions an investigation that points to the deletion of hundreds of documents the day before a congressional investigative committee issued a subpoena for these documents.
The letter asks the Office of the Inspector General to further investigate Love. It outlines witness tampering, destruction of documents, and obstruction of a congressional investigation. As felonies, someone should be heading for prison, if the allegations are proved to be true.
The Congressional letter indicates that several documents were destroyed in February 2016, so it would seem that Loves behavior did not limit itself, but continues like a reign of terror.
Chaffetz is particularly interested in finding out who leaked the info of the subpoena, and specifically mentions that former BLM Director Neil Kornze was provided, as a courtesy, advance notice of the congressional document request, as the dates seem very coincidental.

Continuing to pray.
Time for Operation Hummingbird.
When did Dingy's minion depart?
This guy is a well known D-bag in the west.
At least they didn’t have a shoot-out at the BLM Corral.
If any records have been destroyed it would be impossible for this trial to continue fairly. All Charges should be dismissed by the judge with sanctions and payment of the defendants legal fees.
Love needs to be held in contempt of court and held in jail until the requested records are produced or until he admits that they were destroyed. I suspect that destroying the records is a pretty hefty no,no. I suspect that someone could get jail time over it.
He looks crazy in the picture at the site.

Good news. What asides from (1) instigating hatred and (2) anti Law&Order has BLM ever achieved?

FYI
As a legal matter, that first sentence is awfully close to possible libel/slander litigation-generating.
As a legal matter ..... Truth is an absolute defense in a libel and/or slander case.
Of course it could get expensive, but I would expect that the resources are out there (as in people would pony up to help) fight any lawsuit that DP Love files.
USAgov, turning USConstitution, supreme law, into Babylonian poo goo.
Father God, please let Your complete justice reign. Let the innocent be freed and let the guilty be brought into the light. Let their misdeeds be stopped and redressed according to Your will and in Your time. in Jesus Holy Name, Amen.
It is pretty hard in the day of computers to destroy records.
Most government computer servers are backed up at least weekly. If the records had actually been destroyed on the home server they would have been restored in short order from the backups.
What they are doing is refusing to comply with a congressional subpoena and using the destroyed story as an excuse.
At the point this Love-thug is charged, convicted and sentenced, there is no doubt he will live up to his family name. Love!!
What a worthless piece of human debris.
The BLM are a sickening bunch of thugs. Mr. GG2 has had many run ins with these Aholes. He and his hunting buddies had to disarm one of those pukes once. They told him to GTFO and he could pick his gun up later at the sheriff’s office.
The BLM needs to be totally shutdown.
