According to Townhall’s and frequent Fox News contributor Guy Benson, controversial Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos has been disinvited from speaking at the upcoming Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in DC, a report that was quickly confirmed by the ACU Chair.

Yiannopoulos’ initial invitation drew criticism, especially after a questionable clip emerged on social media revealing the Breitbart editor appearing to at least “advocate” for pedophilia. The clip, which was first put online by The Reagan Battalion, quickly made the rounds Sunday; Yiannopoulos says in the video:

I read what he said. And I explained in in an earlier post. Maybe his molester was kindly. Maybe he chooses to look back on it and see it as a lovely sexual awakening. That is probably what a lot of gay men have “decided” to do with that memory. That isn’t pedophile leanings. It’s a mental distortion of theirs.
If he is simply playing a role, he’s doing some real damage to the Left so I say let him continue.

I do not believe Milo was advocating pedophilia or any sort of crimes against children, which is the worst thing on earth.
I’m not going to jump down his throat about what he said.
I do believe homosexual men are created by way of abuse and that it is a learned behavior.
I’m not sure what creates or motivates homosexual behavior in females.
Even though I am not gay and do not have any particular understanding of gay matters, I can see where he was going in terms of trying to explain how older gay men and younger gay men relate.
I’m giving the dude a pass, I don’t believe that he was speaking of heinous crimes that, in my opinion, should be punishable by death.

But let’s be really honest. This goes on in the heterosexual community with as much or more prevalence.
I reviewed the entire transcript. Milo sai MANY times that 13-year olds could give consent, that many were “aware” enough to give consent, “especially in the gay community,” (not sure why), and that sex with a 13-year old did not constitute pedophilia. He said pedophilia can only apply to someone over the age of puberty.
I find that silly and repulsive. Milo is on the extremely wrong side of this.

I really wish more people understood this. My brother-in-law went to San Francisco for law school.

Milo is rationalizing abuse because he was abused. It is one way to deal with those memories. He may feel differently at 40 than he does now. I’m sure the whole gay community does this with those memories. If the molester was kindly, they can get away with this rationalization.
Milo admits 18 is probably the right age of consent. Which means he does deep down know that the 13 year old giving consent isn’t truly able to cope with an abusive molestation situation.
This has been going on, gay and straight, pretty much forever. But now we know life is better when we respect our young teens and don’t get sexual gratification from people who don’t have enough wisdom to really give it.
