Former Green party presidential nominee Dr. Jill Stein has asked a federal judge in Pennsylvania to rule that the state’s recount procedure is unconstitutional.
The complaint was lodged in connection with litigation staged after President Donald Trump’s victory in the November general election. Stein’s campaign raised over $7 million in order to finance recounts in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Lawyers representing former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton briefly participated in the effort, which did not uncover evidence of abnormalities.
In an amended complaint filed this week, Stein argues Pennsylvania’s recount procedure violates the Fourteenth Amendment’s due process guarantee, because it contains no mechanism for individual voters to review a record of their ballot after casting their vote on an electronic interface.

The problem with a paper trail is that the ballot would no longer be anonymous.
ABUSE OF PROCESS, CONTEMPT OF COURT, Remanded for 90 Days and Sanctions in the amount of $10,000. A Formal Complaint to the BAR Association for Unethical Behavior demanding permanent disbarment.

On the voting machines I have used, your vote is not actually cast until it is submitted. Is this crazy woman asking for a record of their votes after they have been submitted?

The only way you weed this out is to focus on it and demand picture ID both at registration and at the polls.

It’s not too early to startup her 2020 campaign with running mate Al Franken.
I think she’s shaking the money tree once again.
If the recount procedure was ruled unconstitutional, then her lawsuit would cease to have an underlying basis. I.E. she would not have been entitled to do a recount.
But I don’t think the voters lack of ability to review thier ballot is a recount procedure issue, but rather an election integrity issue. Not arguing for or against just pointing out she seems to be barking up the wrong tree.
So apparently her husband, Dr. Richard Rohrer lacks the ability to satisfy his wife and therefore she keeps running off around the country looking for something to “fill the hole.”
Sad...If Dr. Dick would just do his job, she would go away...maybe he could prescribe himself some Viagra if looking at her or listening to her is preventing him from, *ahem* closing the deal...Sad!

You are correct. She really is a democrat and wants to be on the ticket. The democrats won’t run Hillary again. They need a new serious candidate ... Al Franken!
So running early for the 2020 campaign is the Franken/Stein ticket!
