Former Green party presidential nominee Dr. Jill Stein has asked a federal judge in Pennsylvania to rule that the state’s recount procedure is unconstitutional.
The complaint was lodged in connection with litigation staged after President Donald Trump’s victory in the November general election. Stein’s campaign raised over $7 million in order to finance recounts in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Lawyers representing former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton briefly participated in the effort, which did not uncover evidence of abnormalities.
In an amended complaint filed this week, Stein argues Pennsylvania’s recount procedure violates the Fourteenth Amendment’s due process guarantee, because it contains no mechanism for individual voters to review a record of their ballot after casting their vote on an electronic interface.

If Trump wants to go after vote fraud, he should start with California and Michigan. And, frankly, Philadelphia too, for that matter.
We should make this an issue. The only way you weed this out is to focus on it and demand picture ID both at registration and at the polls. Politically, this is the time to demand it and have it in place for the mid-term elections.

She’s a loon, and she’ll get booted out of court, but I hope the judge at least looks at this point.
Maybe her lawyers have boat or vacation payments that need to be paid.

Of course, she's only doing this to keep the fundraising juggernaut going. In a normal year, she'd be yesterday's news for most of the Leftist lunatics at this point. But given how completely unhinged they are by Trump, I wonder if Stein can milk some more $$$$ out of the suckers with this BS challenge.
As much as I loathe her, that argument is not totally nuts.
