The CEO of Twitter seemingly believes America is currently experiencing civil unrest comparable to the Arab Spring, a series of revolutionary protests, coups and civil wars in the Arab world a few years ago.
While the social media company appears to be treading water after a rough past few months, which includes a number of high-level staff departures and a sinking valuation, Twitter Founder Jack Dorsey sees his platforms influence in society remaining largely the same, if not growing. A lot of the same patterns weve seen during the Iranian Green Revolution and the Arab Spring, Dorsey said Wednesday at a tech conference hosted by Goldman Sachs, according to Fortune. It was stunning to see how Twitter was being used to have a conversation about the government, with the government.
Dorsey recounted the first time he got the impression that Twitter was so integral to American society: the protests and riots in Ferguson, Missouri in 2014.

And we all know what happened to the Arab Spring.
The Twitter CEO needs to bone up on the constitution.
Late to the party - we had that when we elected Trump.
President Trump is a result of an American Spring.
The left is the old, dead winter wanting one more blizzard to doom and death.
He does realize Trump has a 55% approval rating?
Of course it does! The exact same people who lit up the Middle East and North Africa, the Ukrane and Georgia are the same ones that are organizing and funding the traitors here. Unfortunately for them, we have been stocking up on arms and ammo for decades.
And if he’s encouraging a coup, rebellion or overthrow of the U.S. government, ie Arab Spring, then he should be prosecuted.
reason number 953 why twitter will never be allowed on my computer
I surely hope that the Left no longer has access to the Military arms that they sent to Egypt.....and for which our Libyan ambassador was murdered. But I guess it’s possible that they have stockpiled weapons meant for the Military, in unknown areas, to be used by them in the future.
It’s gonna be 60% after today’s presser... which is the mandate point for him to blow the Left to kingdom come. Not just shut them up, vaporize them.
@jack is still butt hurt that he didn’t get invited to the adult table during the tech meeting with President Trump.
Oops. He mentioned the Iranian Green Revolution. That’s a major boo boo. That was suppose to be down the memory hole like Neda’a corpse.
Twitter CEO is pretending to understand the people. He knows that Obama, Soros and Hillary are planning this. Hence, him saying this.
They gave him the heads up and now he is hoping to get it organized.
>The CEO of Twitter seemingly believes America is currently experiencing civil unrest comparable to the Arab Spring, a series of revolutionary protests, coups and civil wars in the Arab world a few years ago.
Brought to you by Soros, Obama, the CIA deep state and John “the Commie” McCain.
“Late to the party - we had that when we elected Trump.”
My thoughts exactly.
“Make no mistake the Leftist through Soros, Obama and Hillary are organizing for a revolt against President Trump. “
There are a bunch of vagina-wearing idiots, but they won’t make an effective revolt. There are a lot of paid protesters, but they aren’t mercenaries. There are a small number of anarchists who break windows and throw fire bombs, but there are too few to threaten a country the size of the US. I don’t think we have much to worry about.
Even if some country financed a revolt, there are too few people who are capable and inclined to pick up weapons to carry one off. Soros is more like a national hemroid than a real threat.
>He does realize Trump has a 55% approval rating?
Doesn’t matter. Only takes about 20% of the population supporting an uprising and about 3% of the population willing to fight to start a civil war. Voting only works if both sides agree to abide by the votes. The left is voiding that agreement as we chat.
Trump mentioned rotten Hillary’s uranium deal several times today.Wonder if anyone in the media will een mention that.
