Immigrants in Washington are planning to participate in the “Day Without Immigrants” protest on Thursday. As the day approaches, the list of area restaurants closing out of solidarity or necessity continues to grow.
The nationwide effort, buoyed by social media, is meant to highlight the impact immigrants have on the country on a daily basis. It's a response to President Trump's efforts to crack down on undocumented immigrants, enact “extreme vetting” and build a wall along the border with Mexico.

Participants are encouraged to stay home from school and work, which includes many restaurants and bars. Here's a list of the closings and service changes announced so far.

Good, that labels those restaurants as those who are knowingly hiring illegals.
If we had REAL journalists, they’d look into the background of those workers. Do they have SS cards? Are they paying taxes? Are they paying for Dorkbama the Muslim eunuch care?

make a note of what closes and then tell your friends, neighbors, work pals why they are closed , and then boycott them . Force them out of business,.

These “strikes” are so silly. If they had a Day Without “Immigrants”, no one would be working. Everyone comes from an immigrant. What they really mean, but don’t want to say, is that its a Day Without ILLEGAL Immigrants.
DC has a lot of young black guys who can’t find work. Maybe these restaurants....
“Day Without Immigrants”...If there were no immigrants, legal or illegal, in these jobs, someone else would have the job...It just wouldn’t go away...

ICE needs to be at those restaurants on Friday morning, when the illegals get paid.
The local news in Nashville was all giddy (very pro-illegals here) about a local janitorial company )think they called it TSSI?)who had so many employees out today they couldnt fulfill their contract with the local Tyson plant. Therefore the Tyson plant is having to delay opening today. In my opinion, ICE should immediately visit Tyson and get the name of this other company then show up first thing tomorrow morning. Along with that, Tyson should fire them until they can prove via E-Verify ALL their employees are legal. Of course, by then, their competition who hires legally would have gotten the contract.
