The three, are they charged with any crimes, are they free men, are they sitting in jail?? I have yet to see any sort of story that gives details on that.

Did Paul Ryan approve this? If so, he needs to step down as House Speaker immediately, and probably resign from his seat. How dumb do you have to be to approve this (if in fact he had to do so)?
