What folks don’t realize is that insurance companies are essentially bookies - the bets they take (”premiums”) have to balance with payouts - with enough left over for their expenses and profits.
These bookies are getting stuck with guaranteed “winning” bets - pre-existing conditions - and can’t find the losing bets offset these payouts. The only thing they can do is get out or raise the price of betting.
Obamacare was designed to fail and drive the insurance companies under and then have the Democrats step in with a single payer system to "save" us.
They didn't expect small-town America to rise up and stop them.
